EMDR

EMDR is a therapeutic process which incorporates activating the brain so that it can more fully process traumatic events an individual has experienced and help alleviate distress associated with those events. It is beneficial for those who experience negative beliefs about themselves, by identifying the root experiences that lend to our self view and reprocessing to shift the view. It is also beneficial for any individual who experienced an event that is distressful, or those with PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
